Veltoo.az is an online rental platform where you can rent products — from gaming consoles and electronics to accessories and home devices.
2. How can I rent an item?
Simply create an account, select the item you want, choose the rental period, and complete your payment online. A rental agreement will be generated automatically.
3. Is a deposit required?
Some products may require a deposit. If so, the amount will be displayed on the product page before checkout.
4. What happens if an item is damaged?
If the item is damaged, the renter must compensate for the loss up to its market value. Each case is reviewed individually.
5. How do I make a payment?
All payments are made securely and electronically through the Veltoo.az system.
6. How is the contract confirmed?
The contract is legally binding once you click the “Confirm” button on the website.
7. What if I return the item late?
For each delayed day, an additional fee of 10% of the daily rental amount will be charged.
